Team Rules and Regulations


1. Team size - 4 to 6 students.
2. Registration fee of Rs. 300 per student.
3. A total of 40 teams will be finalized.
4. The deadline to submit the idea is April 3rd, 2024. Click here for PPT template[Download].
5. Details of shortlisted teams will be published on our website on April 05, 2024.
6. Last date for the payment of shortlisted teams is on April 08, 2024.
7. Payment link for the shortlisted teams will be shared through email.
8. Shortlisted teams must report to the venue at 7.45 am on April 12, 2024.
9. Communication regarding the event will be done solely with the team leader.
10. All information will be shared only through email.
11. A team can submit ideas for more than one problem statement.
12. College ID card is mandatory for all the participants.
13. Proper dress code is mandatory.
14. violation of any ethical code of conduct will lead to disqualification.


Event Rules and Regulations


1. Shortlisted teams can develop the idea and bring essential materials for in-campus fabrication. Prefabrication model is not allowed.
2. During the hackathon, consumables, technical assistance, and basic machining tools will be provided based on the availability within the college premises.
3. Only specified facilities for fabrication will be provided. Any additional fabrication material required must be outsourced. Available facilities will be sent to the shortlisted team.
4. Team members are not allowed to leave the college premises during the event.
5. Shortlisted teams must showcase the fabricated working model/prototype before 2:30 pm April 13, 2024.
6. The final round will be held at 3:00 to 4.00 pm on April 13, 2024.
