The College has been prompt and generous in recognizing, appreciation and encouraging the meritorious students towards excellence in curricular and extra curricular activities. Special Cash Prizes are awarded to the students securing ranks and prizes in: Paper Presentation in Symposia / Conference, Quiz, Publication of Research Papers in Journals & Proficiency in R & D activities. Cash Prizes, Certificate of Appreciation and Books are awarded for the Students securing first or second rank in every semester or every year or securing centum in individual subjects or for 100% attendance in every academic year.
Raghavan Memorial Merit Award
This award is presented to the college topper of the year, among all branches of first year students. The Award waives the tuition fee for one year.
Lady Parvatham Trust Award
This award carries a cash prize and is awarded to a student, who is the topper among all branches of II, III & IV year students.
Thiruvenkatam Sivasailam Endurance Prize
Two scholarships are awarded each to one male and female student who exhibit a positive attitude and a fighting spirit to overcome hurdles and show improved performance.
Giri Memorial Best Outgoing Student Award
This has been instituted by Mrs. K. Dhayabara Sundari in the name of her Late Grandson Giridhari Sai Ganesh. The purpose of this award is to encourage engineering students to develop all round personality with consistent academic record having emphasis on extra-curricular activities.
