Event Rules General Rules


RULES

1. It is an Individual Competition.
2. Theme will be given On-Spot.
3. Participants should bring their own Digital Camera or DSLR
4. The participants must submit their best picture (only one entry) before the end of the event to the judge. Further information will be provided on the day of the event.
5. Photos should be in JPEG format.
6. Participants must provide a unique title and a description for the picture
7. Only basic editing like color enhancement and cropping the image is allowed.
8. Strictly no plagiarism.
9. Photographs are strictly restricted within the campus boundaries.
10. Judges’ decision will always be final.

GENERAL RULES

1. Participants must bring their photo IDs.
2. Participants without photo ID cards will not be allowed to participate.
3. Verification will be done at the registration desk.
4. Students can participate in more than one event.
5. All the participants have to register online.
6. Registration fees must be paid online for all the events.
7. Last date for online registrations is March 7th.
8. Accommodation, if required must be intimated during registration.
9. Participants are requested to report to the venue half an hour before the event.
10. Students should strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the event.
