Event Rules General Rules


RULES

1. Time Limit: 6 minutes.
2. Number of participants - 6-15 per team.
3. Open teams are allowed.
4. Only one person per team must register.
5. Two levels of screening.
6. For first level screening, the link for the videos must be submitted at the time of online registration (Videos of past performances are accepted.)
7. Shortlisted teams from this first level will be intimated through mail.
8. Only shortlisted teams will receive the payment link through email.
9. Payment must be completed online via the link before the deadline published.
10. Audio Tracks to be used for the on-stage performance must be in mp3 format only. It should be under the participant’s possession, preferably in a pen-drive, and submitted to the event in charge 30 minutes before the commencement of the event.
11. The songs chosen, costumes and the movements should be decent.
12. Judges’ decision will always be final

GENERAL RULES

1. Participants must bring their photo IDs.
2. Participants without photo ID cards will not be allowed to participate.
3. Verification will be done at the registration desk.
4. Students can participate in more than one event.
5. All the participants have to register online.
6. Registration fees must be paid online for all the events.
7. Last date for online registrations is March 7th.
8. Accommodation, if required must be intimated during registration.
9. Participants are requested to report to the venue half an hour before the event.
10. Students should strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the event.
