As their first batch graduates, this sounded like the perfect opportunity for a celebration, and what more could be the closest definition of celebrating in an engineering student's life than a symposium! Talks went on, turning into idea-sharing and culminating in the birth of the symposium to where it is now! As it steps into its inaugural year, the students and faculty of the department of chemical engineering warmly welcome you to be a part of our event and make it a grand success! Hop on to this bandwagon, and buckle up! Be there, for there are a lot of exciting prizes to look out for!

The Institution

Rajalakshmi Engineering College is one of the renowned engineering colleges in Chennai. With a large student base spanning to few thousands as well as housing a well equipped research facility, it is a haven for knowledge seekers and givers alike!

The Department

The Department of Chemical Engineering is a budding department, with upcoming achievers and highly encouraging staff and faculty members. With their first batch graduating in the year 2020, they are sure do have miles to go and promises to fulfill!

Techwar:

Beware, you mortal, who tries to mess with the supreme power! The chemical engineer's prowess is put to its truest test in this event! The one will the steeliest paper, ready to handle the most "acid" criticism alone triumphs! Let words be your coat of armour as you fight it out in this paper presentation event!

Rules:
  • 2-3 per team
  • PPTs should be brought in a pendrive and submitted to the coordinator
  • Abstracts to be submitted to diffusa2k19@gmail.com on or before September 20th, 2019.
  • 5 minutes of speaking
  • 2-5 minutes will be time span for questions by the jury
  • The jury's decision stands final
  • Conflicts can be addressed to the coordinators alone.
